Stephen Johnson - Founder / CEO

Stephen is no stranger to reinvention of oneself. From his initial days as a pastor, he transitioned into construction where he worked till hired as a firefighter / paramedic. For 14 years Stephen served as a first responder in the Phoenix metropolitan area. After medically retiring for PTSD, Stephen took the lengthy journey of healing in which he developed a heart to help those in crisis.
Today Stephen speaks across the nation on trauma, PTSD and healing for individuals, first responders and their families. With a book and upcoming podcast in the works, Stephen offers his experience of healing from the trauma he experienced as a first responder and now serves as the founder and CEO of the IH2 Foundation.
Libby Timmons - Masters ED, LISAC, SAP
Therapist- Addictions and First Responder Specialist
Libby has been in private practice in Tucson for over 20 years. Her practice focuses on addictions-(chemical and process), codependency, adult children of alcoholics, and employee assistance services. She is DOT qualified as a SAP. Libby responds to critical incidents to provide debriefings. Her practice offers retreats, presentations and trainings for the First Responder community with a focus on resiliency, compassion fatigue, post traumatic stress symptoms and suicide prevention. Her passion is connect with her clients through the use of psychodrama and experiential methods to bring about the desired healing.
